[Resolved] Ixigo — Flight ticket cancellation problem

I booked my ticket on 30.01.2024 and the boarding was on 5th of march, 2024. later on due to circumstances, i wanted to cancel my ticket. I opened the ixigo flight app and then went on my trips but couldn't find my ticket. I put my pnr on another website and found out that you can't cancel the ticket and only ixigo can. It is a shame to know that i can't even apply for cancellation on the website i booked from. I want refund +2 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (2)
