[Resolved] Ixigo — Amount debited but no ticket so please refund amount | |
I tried to book a train ticket with ixigo on 7/4/2021 from Tirupati to Kuppam. The amound of 156 rupees debited from my bank account but booking not successfull and i cant find my failed booking in the app. again i booked the ticket and it was successfull since my previous booking is failure and i lost that amount it didn't refund yet.
