Ixigo — Free cancellation charges

I have booke tickets ahmedabad to delhi rajdhani and i paid rs 1300 for free cancellation, total amount paid 7872 includ free cancellation charges, while on cancellation i got refund 6320-/ only. on asking customercare they replied this charges like insurance you will not get any refund, if this charges not opted only 240rs suppose to deduct, they are telling that 1300 charges are for non deducting 240 rs, it is totally fraud practince, they didnt mentioned in their bill that rs 1300 is not refundable

Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi There, as per the free cancellation terms the IRCTC charges are waived and full refund for IRCTC ticket fare is provided.
