[Resolved]  Ixigo — amount deducted but booking not confirmed want refund

My ticket is not confirmed but still the amount of 950 was deducted from my account *6905 on 6 march as i have booked my ticket form ixigo app then for payment option i have chosen google pay which taken to to google pay app but there transaction got failed but still the amount was deducted and on ixigo app it is not showing anything related to booking so i request to refund the amount deducted

Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest

Could you please share the failed ixigo Booking/trip ID starting from "IXITR" so that we can check and assist you better. You can send the same at [protected]@ixigo.com.

You must have received a mail/ SMS regarding the same. Alternatively, you can find the same in "Transactions" section of the ixigo app.

My train 12063 hw Uhl link jsht was cancelled on 5th march 2019 pnr no- [protected]. I have filed tdr also but haven't received any refund yet.
