[Resolved] Ixigo — Amount deducted but train ticket not confirmed | |
I had booked my train ticket from Salem to MGR chennai central which costs of Rs.785. But unfortunately amount had been deducted without the ticket confirmation. The message says that the ticket booking not confirmed due to the payment failure. I request IXIGO to refund my amount of rupees 785 as soon as possible I had attached the proof for your further reference. Was this information helpful? | |
