Ixigo — Amount has been deducted but no bookings shown

I booked a bus ticket for tomorrow that is 11/Feb/2022 of operator Highway Star Travels seat no 4. From Varanasi to Delhi. The amount has been received by ixigo but when I open my booking section it shows that I have no bookings. Please look into it asap. How will you guys refund me if I can't cancel the booking as its now being shown at all in the app nor have I received any ticket confirmation in mail or my number.
