[Resolved] Ixigo — amount not refunded after 5 days | |||||
I had booked train ticket on dated 1st oct 2018 by mau - anvt express from akbarpur to delhi but booking is unsuccessful and amount has deducted from my account with transaction id ixiirq2081t93slglscxw-1 the company reply that your transaction has reflected into your account within 5 days and being in process but till date amount is not initiated. So it's fraud company not fulfill her terms and conditions. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We wish to inform you that full amount is already refunded to your bank & complete transaction details along with refund reference number have been shared over e-mail. Please check your inbox once. Kindly check your bank statement as some banks don't notify via sms when refund is credited. If still there is a delay from bank side to settle the amount then please contact your bank's customer care and share the details with them for retrieval of funds. Thanks for your cooperation! Please be informed booking against the shared id is failed and refund shall reflect into your bank account within 5-7 working days as per bank refund policies. You would get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your payment statement.
