I have booked 4 ticket in patna kota
But ticket booking was not confirmed and money is deducted from my account of rs 2175 and we got a email from your office that money will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days but unfortunately i didn't got it after 20 days
I have already complain about it and i get a positive response from your company that it is in process and will be refunded as soon as possible but then also i can't get refund so please refund immediately otherwise i will be forced to take the legal action against this company.
