[Resolved] Ixigo — balance has been deducted but ticket was booked

Alert:you've spent rs.348.21 via debit card xx3607 at ixigo2994717 on[protected]:15:07:32. Tha amount has been deducted but ticket wasnt confirm what is the procedure to get back this amount. I m trying to contact ixigo but it doesnt happen please help me out what should i do i will be highly thankful to u. How much time they will take to give back this amount.

Please be informed that if money has been deducted from your card/account and ticket is not confirmed please be assured it is safe and will be refunded automatically. It should reflect in your account within 5 days depending on your bank procedure.

My ticket was not confirmed, refund has been initiated but I get did not get the money back. Please do the needful so that I get my money as early as possible. 5days has exceeded. So by now I should have got the money. But unfortunately I didn't. Be do the requirements. And process my money back.
