Ixigo — Booking Cancelled but Money not refunded

Inspite of my continuous follow up through mails and several phone calls, Flipkart has still not refunded my money for the cancellation of my flight ticket scheduled on March 31, 2020 (during all India lockdown).At last after following up with Airindia they have processed the refund and have confirmed the refund was made from AirIndia to Flipkart. However still inspite of continous follow up Flipkart has not refunded my money which should have been refunded without even customer's request as per Govt's Directives.

I am attaching my ticket for your ready reference. Instead of processing the refund Flipkart escalation team and customer care team has been calling everyday to say that refund could not be processed due to technical reason and they would revert in 24-48 hours.This has been going since months now, which has caused a lot of metal stress and anxiety. i would request you to award additional compensaton inlcuding interest on the amount for 1 1/2 years and for the stress i am going through for the same

your early action in this matter would be appreciated.
