[Resolved] Ixigo — booking failed but amount deducted and it's been more than 45 days and did not received any refund amount | |
I had booked a flight ticket on 21st of aug 2019 booking for delhi - hyderabad flight with booking id: if[protected]and the booking could not be confirmed due to payment failure. But the payment was deducted from my account for ticket but did not received any refund. Its been more than 45 days and the amount has not been refunded to my account. The issue has to be resolved on high priority.
