[Resolved] Ixigo — Booking not confirmed but money deducted | |||
I have booked a bus ticket on[protected], money has been deducted but ticket is not confirmed. Also, i haven't logged in before booking the ticket.Since it is a bus ticket i have booked just by opening ixigo app. Its been two complete days but money is not yet refunded.Unable to contact to customer support as there is no proper response. I am even unable to track the status of failed transaction because i haven't booked ticket by loggin in. Its seriously a hectic process and ixigo is not at all good at customer satisfaction. No proper response and no safety for our money. Verified Support Nov 26, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Auto refund for this transaction was processed but reversed by the bank. You will receive the refund via payout link within the next 7-10 days.
