[Resolved] Ixigo — Booking not confirmed but money deducted

I have booked a bus ticket on[protected], money has been deducted but ticket is not confirmed. Also, i haven't logged in before booking the ticket.Since it is a bus ticket i have booked just by opening ixigo app. Its been two complete days but money is not yet refunded.Unable to contact to customer support as there is no proper response. I am even unable to track the status of failed transaction because i haven't booked ticket by loggin in. Its seriously a hectic process and ixigo is not at all good at customer satisfaction. No proper response and no safety for our money. Please see the transaction details in the screenshot attached and kindly refund the amount as soon as possible...Please..Thank you

Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Auto refund for this transaction was processed but reversed by the bank. You will receive the refund via payout link within the next 7-10 days. Please update details on the link once received so that refund can be processed

Updated by AmreenShaik Simply marking the complaint as resolved even didnt received refund..its making us to believe ixigo..Its not trust worthy and our money wont be safe..refund process is dead slow and no proper response..
