[Resolved]  Ixigo — booking status not update

My ticket status is still pending since 4 hrs .i had bookes 3 ticket from JHS to LTT train no. 12174. When i booked availability was WL/10 . if ticket cancel or booking unsuccessful so when i get refund amount. And full amount will return .? My booking details is following.

You informed me that I cancelled my booking. But I have not cancelled any bookings. Why you cancel and how? Which booking I have cancelled I don't know?
