[Resolved] Ixigo — cash debited but ticket not confirmed

While, booking a ticket from ms to rmm, cash has got debited from my account but i didn't receive any ticket confirmation message or email.in app transactions, it shows "booking pending".
And will get updated in 40 minutes but even after 40 minutes, i didn't get any uldates yet. What to be done now? When will i get my money back, how to contact your team?

Thank you for writing in. Please be informed booking against the shared id had failed and refund shall reflect into your bank account within 5 working days as per bank refund policies. You would get this amount from "Le Travenues Technology / ixigo" in your payment statement.
Rest assured! Your money is safe and will surely be refunded to your bank.
