[Resolved] Ixigo — charged for train booking but didn't get ticket. | |||
They are not refunding my money, as i already asked 5-6 times. The customer support stopped replying. On 15th february i booked 3 tickets from katpadi to banglore. From my account balance money has been diducted but i didn't get tickets. So i complaint to them first they told within 3 days we will refund you but now 30 days over still i didn't get anything.
