[Resolved] Ixigo — charges reversal not received for reference I'd: [protected]

Due to system failure tickets wasn't booked but the amount deducted from my account.
I got a mail dated 30/04/2018 for the reversal of charges that was wrongly deducted, but till date I didn't receive a single notification on that and amount is also not reversed.
The tranid is : M77FQDADPSE130ZR0
Kindly resolve the issue and revert asap.

I booked the ticket on 5 may night for trip to ajmer to delhi cantt but my payment is succesful booking is pending and no notification about this problem to me plz resolve this the journey date is 8 may and train no is =12982 chetak express plz inform me about this otherwise in future i never booked on ixigo app
