[Resolved]  Ixigo — deducted money not refunded

I'm booking tickets through ixigo app yet money deducted from my account but tickets not book from last month 27 I've been since then try to contact customer service but not responce.so pls my money refund to my account. I'm attaching screenshot of the payment proof.
