Ixigo — did not get back cancellation refund amount

10 march 2019 i booked BPL to HW on 29 Mar. (Trip ID: IXITR[protected])BPL to HW on 29 Mar. (Trip ID: IXITR[protected])BPL to NZM on 29 Mar. (Trip ID: IXITR[protected]) but then on 25/03/2019 i cancelled the ticket they said i will going to refund your amount in 5 day but now its 2/04/2019 yet i did not get refund. If the company is not going to refund the amount then i m going to file a case againt them.
