Sir,
I have booked a train tickets from
Vishakapatnam to vijayawada on
1st aug, 2018
For konark express with a pnr
Number : 11020 of an
Order no:ixitr[protected]
Around 6: 40pm, i got a message of
Money deduction from my account.
My money is deducted but its not
Refunded. It has been 10 days since then.
Please check the refund and i hope a fast

Please be informed we haven’t received any credit against the shared id as it was a payment failure. Hence request you to please check with the bank concern regarding the same in case money is deducted and not refunded yet.
