[Resolved]  Ixigo — didn't get refund of rs.480 after transaction failure.

Dear sir,
I booked a train ticket from nasik rd station to csmt for sevagram express (Departing from nasik road station on 5th may) on 3rd may 2018. Unfortunately, the transaction was failure and i got the message that the refund process will be commenced in 5 working days. 5th may morning, i received another text that my refund process has been commenced and cash would be transferred to my bank account in 48 hrs. It's been a week since and i haven't yet got my refund. Kindly look into the matter soon as possible. I got the transactions id in case required which i would disclose in personal interaction. Thanks..

I wanted to book train ticket, I initiated the process, made payment via 'bhim' app, money was debited from my Bank account but ticket was not booked. I request you to please refund my money.
