Its been nearly 20 days and yet i didnt received my refund..i booked a bus ticket on 23rd of november..there is no proper customer care to call..not responding to mails and even if raising a complaint also..simply marking as resolved..this makes to NOT trust ixigo for booking...i will.not recommend anyonr to use this..simply managing without customer support...not safety for our money as well..generally if tickt wasnt confirmed, refund ll process within a week of maximum..But here there is no proper response at all...everyone earns money by doing hard work..please remember that.. +2 photos Was this information helpful? Verified Support Dec 08, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. The refund was initiated the same day due to booking failure but the transaction was reversed by the bank due to some issue. We have raised a manual refund request and you will receive a refund within 7-10 days via a payout link. Request you to please update your bank details to the link once received. Thanks Team ixigo
