Ixigo — difficulty in contacting for support (miserable tara)/not cashback received as declared

As i booked a flight ticket from patna to banglore, when paid through papal, it acknowledged to pay a cashback of 600

So i was supposed to get a cashback of around 600 in next 5 working days (Which i double confirmed on a call with ixigo customer support... Its hasnot been credited yet...

I was told it should be done in 5 working days, sadly it has not!
