[Resolved]  Ixigo — Duped Money by deducting and no reservation done

I was doing a train reservation yesterday night via ixigo app and after filling the details paid for the asked money...The money got deducted but there was no ticket done for the paid reservation done by me...i am warning ixigo that if i do not get my money refunded, i will file a case of Cheating and Duping against it...Such an irresponsible act done...period...
