[Resolved]  Ixigo — Duplication of name of one of the passenger in air ticket

Recently I booked an airticket through ixigo app from Trivandrum to Bhubaneswar. One of the passanger, Sheela s name has appeared twice in airticket as (Sheela s Sheela s). Kindly change it as Sheela s

Hey, the name is correct as per airline format. Both first and last names cannot have a single character for air tickets. In such cases, the last name initial which in this case is S is used with the first name, and the same is repeated in the last name field. Please ensure that the passenger ID proof has the same name as Sheela S. Also, please remove your PNR details from public platform to avoid any fraud/misuse of personal info.
