I have booked two railway tickets from IXIGO and my ticket does not get confirmed after chart preparation tickets got cancelled automatically by IXIGO the total amount was 307 rupees and I got refund of only 150 rupees what is this, I have not cancelled my ticket it got cancelled automatically because seats were not available then what is my fault why should I pay half of my ticket money in the name of cancellation charges, I have not cancelled my ticket so why my money got taken and only half of the amount got refunded, IXIGO is looting people by taking different types of charges
