This complaint regarding my booking in Ixigo app train booking Even after successfully payment my booking was in pending status there no option in Ixigo app that i can get help from that So I request you to look after this problem and make help to clear out this Below is the detail of my failed booking and amount transaction id and status Booking Id : IXITR[protected] Transaction Payment Id : 63RJOSUKS8B97YZ5MT This booking is still showing( Booking Pending ) But I didn’t even got any Sms or Email Of (Pnr status and my E-ticket) Was this information helpful? | |
Nov 19, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Yess the company had refunded payment in 3hours after unsuccessful booking and solved it Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
