Ixigo — Flight cancelled by Airlines

Hi, I am Kesav Sharma my flight of 22 August, 2021 was cancelled by SpiceJet Airlines PNR: XEF39D Flight SG 695 / SG 145 from Guwahati - Jaipur- Dubai which I didn’t get the refund yet as the airlines had already refund back to Ixigo.
Kindly refund back the amount as soon as possible.
