[Resolved]  Ixigo — For refund

Hello i ahd book a flight ticket from ixigo on 3rd of September on after noon nd on that booking i had done a spelling mistake in my surname so I contacted them they said we have to solve with the airline they didn't have that authority so i had contacted my airline which is air india so they told me that u had to buy anew fresh ticket of same date same time same flight nd then after verification we will issue a full refund so i did that as they told nd they had given a confirmation also of full refund nd then i contacted to my agent ixigo they said we will do in 48 hours nd then after 48 hours i said i dont receive they told sorry plz wait fir more 48 hours nd after that they are not answering after 25 days they told it will take 60 days nd after that they are Saying we wont get refund from airline nd then after that i contacted to airline they said we had done all the process you had to take the redund from ixigo from our side its all clear now ixigo is not answering
