Ixigo — From 14th July 2013 I didn't get my money back when the train was canceled by irctc

Due to some issues 13010 Doon Express (time:

8.55Pm) was canceled by irctc from Yog nagri rishikesh to Howrah on 14th July 2023. Me and my husband booked the online tickets through the ixigo app for AC three tier, even now I am not getting my money back even after filling out the TDR form and email to the irctc many times. Strangely ixigo doesn't even have complaints number where we can talk to some! This is a completely fake app, thus stealing the customer's money.
