Immediately after booking the ticket, I noticed passport issue date of Abha Rainal incorrect and informed IXIGO. The title of Abha is shown as MR which is wrong and correct is MRS.
I have made innumerable complaints through telephone and email to rectify the above complaints and everytime I am being assured that you will get a revert in next one/two hours. Backend team is doing on priority. Airline has to do it.
The airline is refusing to accept any correspondence from me as the ticket has been done through travel agency. I am suffering badly and my phone recordings with your customer care representatives will show the agony and torture I am going through. I have to further plan my trip and also apply for transit visa to Embassy of Japan where the tickets are required to be attached.
