[Resolved] Ixigo — Haven't received my cancellation refund

I booked 2 train tickets from New Delhi to Chandigarh including Ixigo assured on 2nd August 2021 which I cancelled the very next day. I haven't recieved the refund until today and everytime the good for nothing bot customer care says it has been initiated and will be reflected in your bank account within 7 days. This is really frustrating because there's no agent to talk to, no phone number that they've provided. How do you expect the customer to contact your agency?
Please refund my balance immediately.

Updated by Dr. Vaibhav Chawla After submitting the complaint,
They refunded Rs 670 however the amount I was promised was Rs 1050.
Kindly refund the remaining balance as well.

I cancelled my ticket from New Delhi to Howrah on 18th June 2022 but still my refund amount is not credited to my account but in ixigo it is showing that the refund is successfully credit to my account. Please refund my amount.
