Ixigo — Hotel cancellation refund

I have cancelled a refundable hotel booking. In the app it is showing as refunded. But it is now more than 10 days and still I have not received the refund in my account. I have used the chat feature in ixigo app and I was told the money is refunded from their side, but still not received. Booking id: IH[protected]
