Ixigo — I have cancelled my ticket they had refunded but not showing in bank account

I booked 2 train tickets from Thane to Dhamangaon including Ixigo assured on 25 september 2021 which I cancelled the very next day. I haven't recieved the refund until today and everytime the good for nothing bot customer care says it has been initiated and will be reflected in your bank account within 7 days. This is really frustrating because there's no agent to talk to, no phone number that they've provided. How do you expect the customer to contact your agency?
Please refund my balance immediately.
