[Resolved] Ixigo — I have not get my money back | |
I booked a ticket for ajj-csmt mumbai mail on 30.01.2019 at 18:26 via ixigo app. The booking failed but amount of 7176.96 was debited from my account. I was assured by the customer care service (Tara) that money debited will be refunded within 4-5 days. However, till date no money has been credited to my account. The details show that refund has been processed, but no refund related details have been provided to me by ixigo. There is no conformation from ixigo as to the transaction id of the refund, date and time of refund. The customer care service team has not contacted me to resolve this issue, despite their assurance. The existing support system available on the app is highly repeativtive and giving mechanical automated answers and unable to resolve or answer my queries.
