On the date of 8th april 2019 i booked 6 tickets of train nagpur delhi (Ndls) worth rupees 8439/- with booking id ixitr[protected]. But the payment got failed and the money has been deducted. My money hasn't been refunded yet. Please refund my money as soon as possible. It's very urgent. The money has been deducted and the payment is failed. It has been 4 days and there is not any information about my refund. They haven't even given a message about any progress. However, if money has been deducted from your account, it should get back to the original mode of payment within 3-5 days as per bank refund timeline. Rest assured! I booked a ticket from Ernakulam to Coimbatore but it got cancelled but money has been deducted.the ticket cost 418.27 nd please refund it soon
I want to complain authorities about the menace created by them has cause havoc for me I have booked a train tickets from ixoxgi app and you have not refunded the money so kindly request you to call me on this no. [protected] so we can discuss about the matter
