Ixigo — Issue on my flight booking - IF[protected]

I opted for "ixigo assured" while booking my ticket. But at the time of payment, amount deducted for "ixigo basic". And now, when I cancel my ticket, I'm not getting my full refund.
On contacting the customer service, they say that though you selected "ixigo assured", as the money deducted while payment was only for "ixigo basic", you will have no benifits of assured.
But how is this a mistake from my end?
Please look into the issue and refund my full amount.

Kindly note that the fare type cannot be changed automatically, it can be selected by the user after itinerary selection and vasic fare type was selected for this booking and hence ticket is cancelled with applicable charges, we regret however we do not see any issue on this at our end.
