[Resolved] Ixigo — Less refund amount

Booked a air ticket from Chennai to delhi on air india on Oct 31. Had to cancel it, during the cancellation the calculated amount for refund was around ₹3500, but the refunded amount was ₹2788. Verified Support Sep 12, 2022 Ixigo Customer Care's response Kindly note that the amount displayed during cancellation is indicative and is calculated based on the airline original fare without discount while refund to you will be processed as per the actual paid amount after discount.
