Ixigo — Misleading information on flight ticket booking

I’m Snehitha. I’ve booked a flight ticket on 26th December 2020. It’s a direct flight from Hyderabad to Madurai on 30th Dec on the name of Sahithi. Initially after I booked the ticket it showed ticket confirmed and the also received the confirmation mail. Then received payment received mail. But later I’ve received a mail of payment failed. Hence I’ve booked another ticket. However I’ve later received a mail few hours later from indigo that the ticket has confirmed. Since I’ve already booked another ticket, I’ve canceled this. Kindly check the attached email screenshots and grant me full refund.
