Ixigo — Money debited but ticket not booked from ixigo train from jammu to patna

Sir,
I have made payment on ixigo for booking train from jammu to patna via googlepay.
Money got detucted from my account but ticket was not booked and it said ubsuccessful payment.
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
