Ixigo — Money deducted and tickets not booked

I have booked 2 tickets through Ixigo nagpur to pune for 7/1/2020 money has been deducted from bhim and tickets has not been issued yet. Didn't even found any costomer care number on app and website so i request you to please refund back the money.
