[Resolved]  Ixigo — Money deducted but not ticket is booked

While booking ticket, for payment it navigate to gpay after the payment, it returns ticket is not booked, no trips available it shown

Hey there, the refund for said payment was processed to your ixigo money max account and it has been transferred to payment source. Let us know for anything else.

I cancelled my booking ticket ID IXITRS[protected]

The refund was processed on 6th August 2022
I am yet to receive the refund
Bank has also told me that the refund amount has not been credited to the account from where the payment was made
I want ixigo to please urgently look into the matter...
