Ixigo — Money deducted from bank but flight ticket not booked.

I was booking a flight ticket through the Ixigo application on 16 September 2023 and during payment via UPI mode (gpay), my payment was successful of ammount 10265 inr, but the ticket was not booked. Money was debited but I cant get any ticket.
Kindly resolve the issue and revert my paid amount.

Hi there, the booking was failed and the amount was refunded on 16th September itself with bank ARN[protected]. Please let us know for anything else.
