[Resolved] Ixigo — Money deducted from my account without any confirmation mail or booking ticket id | |||
Dear team, I was booking a train ticket through ixigo application on 12th August at 03:16 pm and during payment via upi mode (Phone pay) my payment was successful of amount 5292.00 inr to Bhim upi id- [protected]@ybl as per upi reference but ticket was not booked neither there was any confirmation of booking failed in the trip history. UTR code[protected] Txn id- P2008121512089157057724 Bank reference no[protected] Kindly, resolve the issue and revert my paid amount during that train ticket booking which is not booked.
