[Resolved]  Ixigo — Money deducted from my account without any confirmation mail or booking ticket id

Dear team,

I was booking a train ticket through ixigo application on 12th August at 03:16 pm and during payment via upi mode (Phone pay) my payment was successful of amount 5292.00 inr to Bhim upi id- [protected]@ybl as per upi reference but ticket was not booked neither there was any confirmation of booking failed in the trip history.

Kindly, resolve the issue and revert my paid amount during that train ticket booking which is not booked.
