I have booked a bus from Chennai to Kochi on[protected].I booked twice because first booking failed due to payment failure.And both the times money debited from my account and ticket not booked due to payment failure.
When i filed a complaint ixigo team said refund is initiated on the same day.But its not credited in my account, and i didnt receive any message of refund.There is nothing showing in the failed trips too.I dont know what to do.Please help me out of this.
I want refund please.
