[Resolved] Ixigo — money not refunded after cancellation

I have booked 2 tickets to delhi from mangalore junction. The booking was done on the date 15th march and for the date 16th march which was worth rs.1685. Tickets booked were on waiting list. Cancellation was done on the same day and the cancellation message was sent to my number but not refunded message. I have book tkt from kyn to dhule on date train Amritsar express but still booking is pending and transition is done.

I book train tickets on ixigo after that I canceled that tickets on march 9 they showed me refund will be in your account for 10 working days it’s march 27 right now 18 days completed. There is no refund my money. Such a fraud you have done to me.
