I booking ticket on ixigo app but ticket is not confirmed and deducted my balance on my account i tried again and again cut deducted my balance in my account. Company massage me your balance refund on 5-7 days but not refund yet. I tried to book train ticked mentioned in attach photo same the amount deductted and no ticket got produced and failed. And after 6 days have passed the same money didn't refund in my account. Take the necessary and needful action please.
