[Resolved]  Ixigo — Money Not Refunded From Ixigo Money Max

Hello, I booked 2 tickets from gkp to delhi in humsafar express on 4 September 2022 payment 2826 Rupees has been sucessful but after some time they sent me a message your ticket booking has been failed so they sent my money into ixigo money max so I transferred money 2826 rupees into my account they said your money has been successfully transferred in my account by 5 sep 2022 by 2:00AM but stil not receive any refund in my account. I have also contact there customer care but also your money has been transferred.
