Hello My trip I'd:IXITR[protected] I cancelled my trip for 2 members and when I want refund it is showing that I got refunded but I did not receive the refund amount .please consider my issue . May 21, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Ixigo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 17, 2022 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hey, the amount was refunded to the payment source and should have been credited by now. Please check the detailed bank statement, any other linked bank accounts to same UPI ID or wallet service provided by UPI app. If the amount is not reflecting please connect with your bank customer care.
