[Resolved] Ixigo — Money transferred from ixigo wallet not received in my account

I have provided my account statement below. U can see the amount of Rs. 2088 deducted for booking. But still, I was not able to book, after a few tries then I didn't book the ticket .and the debited money is sent to ixigo money wallet automatically. but when I choose to send money to my account. I got a mail telling me the transaction is completed on 1/5/22. But, Still no amount of Rs. 2088 credited for a refund on 1/5/22. Bank told me no transaction was made. So send me my money. Verified Support May 09, 2022 Ixigo Customer Care's response Hi Rahul, the refund was successful with bank ARN[protected] and the expected date of credit is 12th May as per your bank clearance policies. I have not received my 880 in my bank account from ixigo . It had been week .it shows here it had been given on 7 mov . But ig had not reached it yet.
