[Resolved]  Ixigo — Money was deducted and ticket was not booked

I was booking ticket through web page of ixigo and after paying money page had been refreshed automatically and money deducted and ticket was not booked, i'm not able to track it as well neither in app or phone page.

my registered phone number is [protected] and i got a whatsapp message in my number that it will be refunded by 5 pm of 26 july and still it has not been credited.

so process my refund as soon as possible
